You are solely responsible for your posted information, employer account information or job postings that you post or transmit to other users. You agree you will not submit any materials that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of these Terms.

The BBB Consumer Foundation acts as a passive host for the online distribution and publication of your posting and has no obligation to screen communications or information and is not responsible for screening or monitoring postings by Users. However, BBB Consumer Foundation may review and remove any posting that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or otherwise violates the BBB Consumer Foundation’s policies. The BBB Consumer Foundation reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the site and take any action with respect to any posting that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion to protect the BBB Consumer Foundation and its brand or public image.
